This year is the 23rd edition of ChinaJoy, taking place July 31 to August 3 in Shanghai at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), with “Level Up with AI” as the guiding theme. It’s been a big year of progress across the Abstract lineup. InstaLOD now integrates natively with Maxon Cinema 4D and Nvidia Omniverse, we’ve rolled out an adaptive Quad Remesher built for clean, production-ready subdivision topology, and InstaLOD Pipeline now handles large-scale dataset processing faster than before — with more updates already in motion. InstaMAT is also picking up a new UV painting update, filling out the toolkit for everyday texturing work.
RSX Engine is closing in on launch, built around one core belief: teams shouldn’t need to share a room or a time zone to build in 3D together. It runs directly in the browser, supports real-time multiplayer scene editing, saves every change automatically to the cloud, and publishes straight to the web the second you’re done. No downloads, no manual file passing, no build queue to wait on.
Polyverse, our cloud platform for managing and processing 2D and 3D assets, is about to launch as a standalone app in addition to its browser version, giving teams access to the same libraries no matter where they’re working from. As asset libraries balloon into the thousands across teams, vendors, and partners, Polyverse handles the heavy lifting: automatic version control so nothing gets lost, Polytron-driven processing built for scale, and centralized libraries.
