It is your free unique user identity that is shared across all Abstract products like InstaLOD, InstaMAT, RSX Engine and Polyverse!
Just purchased. What’s next?
You’ll receive a receipt with your order details. Once our payment processor settles the transaction, you’ll receive an order confirmation and immediate access to your product, tied to your Abstract ID.
Subscriptions & auto-renewal
All subscriptions auto-renew by default to ensure uninterrupted access. To cancel, log in to the Abstract Store and navigate to the Subscription page.
Updating your payment method
Log in to the Abstract Store, navigate to the Subscriptions page, and click the edit icon on the right side of your subscription. Make your changes and hit Save.
Can I reassign a seat?
Yes, as long as the seat isn’t currently in use. Log in to InstaMAT License Management or InstaLOD License Management, find the active license, edit and assign a seat to another user via email. For more detail, see our documentation.
